Design

We walk your roofline with you, pick a color scheme, and lay out exactly where the lights will go. You see a plan before we buy a single bulb.

Install

Commercial-grade LED bulbs, weather-sealed sockets, and roof-clip mounting. No staples through your fascia, no tape on your trim.

Service & maintain

If a bulb burns out or a strand stops working, we come out and fix it. In-season service is included.

Takedown & storage

When the season ends, we pull everything down, store it labeled for your home, and bring it back ready to install next year.

  1. 1.Do I need to buy the lights?

    No. Commercial-grade LEDs, clips, and timers are all included in the service price. We own the materials, store them for you year over year, and replace any that fail.

  2. 2.When should I book?

    The earlier the better — we start booking in August and the best install dates fill by mid-October. Booking early also locks in your design and pricing.

  3. 3.What's included in the takedown?

    Everything. After the holidays, we return on your scheduled takedown date, carefully remove every strand and clip, inspect each bulb, and store the lights off-site until next year.

  4. 4.What if a light burns out mid-season?

    Call or text us and we'll come out to repair or replace any section that isn't working. In-season support is included in every package.

  5. 5.Can you match a specific color scheme?

    Yes. White, warm white, multi-color, red/green, blue/white — whatever fits your home's style. We'll bring color samples to the design consultation.

  6. 6.Is there a minimum project size?

    We have packages that start at a typical single-story roofline and scale up from there. Call us and we'll put together a quote that fits your home.
