2.How long does a roof cleaning last?
Most homes stay clean for 2–3 years. Homes with heavy tree cover or coastal-facing slopes sometimes see faster regrowth and benefit from a touch-up every 18 months.
3.Are the cleaning chemicals safe for plants and pets?
Yes. We use biodegradable algaecides and wet all landscaping before and after the cleaning to dilute any runoff. Pets should stay inside during the service and for about an hour after.
4.Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily, but we do ask that someone is available at the start of the job for a quick walk-through and to confirm access to an outside water source.
