Professional Soft Washing Services
Some surfaces need a gentler touch than a pressure wash. We use low-pressure soft-washing so your stucco and siding come clean without damage.
Soft Washing
Soft Washing vs. Pressure Washing: What's the Difference?
Pressure washing relies on force: 2,000 to 4,000 PSI of water blasting away dirt. That's great for concrete and brick, but catastrophic for stucco, wood, and painted siding.
Soft washing uses low pressure (less than a garden hose) combined with biodegradable cleaning solutions that do the actual work. The solution kills mildew, algae, and bacteria at the root, then a gentle rinse carries everything away.
The result: a cleaner surface that stays clean longer, without the risk of etching, splintering, or paint damage.
Stucco and siding cleaned without damage
Inspect
We walk the home, check the surface type (stucco, painted wood, vinyl), and confirm soft washing is the right call before we mix anything.
Apply low-pressure cleaner
Plant-safe cleaner applied at low pressure. It does the work, not the water. No siding stripped, no paint chipped.
Rinse
Gentle rinse with a wide fan tip. We cover plants and outdoor lights so nothing downstream takes a hit.
Walk-through
Final review with you, plus a recommendation on how often to repeat based on your home's exposure.

Soft Washing FAQs
Common questions, straight answers.
1.Will soft washing damage my paint or stucco?
No. Soft washing uses less pressure than a garden hose. The cleaning is done by the solution, not by force — so paint stays on, stucco stays intact, and wood doesn't splinter.
2.Is soft washing safe for my landscaping?
Yes. We pre-rinse all plants before applying any cleaning solution, use biodegradable products, and rinse everything thoroughly after the wash. We've been doing this on coastal landscapes for years without issue.
3.How long does a soft wash last?
Because we kill the mildew and algae at the root, most soft-washed surfaces stay visibly clean for 2–3 years — roughly 3–4x longer than a pressure wash.
4.Can you soft wash my roof?
Yes — soft washing is the only safe way to clean asphalt shingles and most tile roofs. See our roof cleaning page for more detail.
5.How do I know if I need soft washing or pressure washing?
Hard surfaces (concrete, brick, pavers) usually want pressure washing. Softer surfaces (stucco, wood, siding, roofs) almost always want soft washing. When you book, we'll recommend the right method for every surface on your home.
6.How long does the service take?
Most single-story homes take 2–4 hours. Two-story and multi-level homes usually take 4–6 hours. We'll give you an accurate estimate when we quote.
