Pressure Washing
Why San Diego Hardscaping Needs Regular Pressure Washing
Concrete, pavers, and brick absorb everything San Diego throws at them. Tire marks, sprinkler stains, sunscreen, pollen, and the slow organic crust that marine-layer moisture leaves behind.
Left alone, that buildup bakes in. Driveways turn gray, patio stones go green along the grout lines, and pool decks pick up slick algae spots that stay slippery long after the surface dries.
A professional pressure wash strips the film without damaging the substrate, brings the original color back, and resets the clock on the next round of buildup.
Years of grime, gone in a day

Pressure Washing FAQs
Common questions, straight answers.
1.Won't pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?
Not when it's done correctly. We match the pressure, nozzle, and water temperature to each surface. Older concrete, colored pavers, and stamped surfaces get lower pressure and specialized detergents instead of brute force.
2.How long does pressure washing take?
A typical driveway and front walkway take 1–2 hours. A full package with driveway, patio, pool deck, and walkways usually runs 3–5 hours. We'll give you a precise estimate when we quote.
3.Do I need to be home during the service?
No. As long as we have access to the surfaces and an outdoor water spigot, you don't need to be there. Many of our customers book while they're at work.
4.Will the detergents harm my plants or pets?
No. We use biodegradable, eco-friendly detergents and we rinse all adjacent landscaping before, during, and after the wash to prevent any residue.
5.Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
Most oil stains come out with a pre-treatment before the main wash. Deep, set-in stains sometimes require a second visit with a stronger degreaser — we'll let you know what to expect after the initial quote.
6.Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. Many of our customers schedule pressure washing twice a year, and HOAs and rental-property owners often book quarterly. Recurring customers get priority scheduling and discounted rates.
